Are your items authentic?
Yes. All items sold by Haute2Hand are authentic. Each piece is carefully inspected prior to listing, with attention to brand-specific materials, construction, hardware, stitching, logos, and serial details. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit goods. Please see our Authentication Guarantee page for more information.
What condition are your items in?
All items are pre-owned or vintage and may show signs of wear consistent with age and use. We provide clear photographs and detailed condition descriptions for every listing so you can make an informed purchase.

Do you accept returns?
Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for complete details. Due to the nature of pre-owned and vintage luxury goods, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of confirmed payment. Shipping is free on all orders. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Can I request additional photos or information?
Absolutely. We are happy to provide additional details or photographs when possible. Please contact us before purchasing if you need more information.
Do items come with Certificates of Authenticity?
Some items may include third-party authentication. Certificates of Authenticity (COAs) may be available upon request for select items.
How often do you add new inventory?
New items are added regularly as pieces are sourced. We recommend checking back often or subscribing to our email list for updates on newly added inventory.
