Tracking and delivery
Orders are shipped by reputable, trackable carriers. Once an order has shipped, Haute2Hand sends a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier service.
Shipping addresses and delays
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Haute2Hand is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages once a carrier has possession. Assistance with carrier claims is available when possible.
