Haute2Hand has a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving an item to request a return.
To be eligible, an item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with the Haute2Hand tag still attached and with any dustbags or accessories that were shipped or attached to it. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Starting a return
Email info@haute2hand.com to request a return. If your return is accepted, Haute2Hand will send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact Haute2Hand immediately if the item does not match its description or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions and refunds
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Once a return is received and inspected, Haute2Hand will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
